Through the Eyes of a Child
Mahone Bay 1901-1910
Shows life in Mahone Bay as experienced by former resident Clara Quinlan. In the exhibit, information from Clara's diaries are combined with historical photographs, collection items, such as Clara's toys, historical clothing on loan from Ginny Bell, and illustrations painted by local artists Anne Palfreyman and Frans Aeyelts to create a collage of Mahone Bay at the turn of the 20th century.

Strum Island Picnic
Learn more about Mahone Bay's island speckled harbour, which is as rich in history as it is in beauty. This exhibit is being produced hand in hand with the Mahone Islands Conservation Association and features historic maps, photographs and sometimes chilling tales of life on our local islands.

Features items from the collection, with a focus on Percy Inglis as a collector - how he found his items, who they belonged to, why they were important to him. Beautiful sets of china, as well as individual pieces, tell their stories through letters Percy both wrote and recieved, as well as other historical sources.
