Exhibits
The museum building itself is a piece of history. Known as the "Begin House," it was built in 1855 and features the infamous architectural detail called the "Lunenburg Bump". Inside you will find more information about our unique local architecture; just one of our many exhibits. Take a peek into our period-style parlour with its exquisite painted-ceiling.

One of our more prominent features is the Inglis/Quinlan collection of ceramics and antiques. Other Settlers Museum "standards" are an informative display on the settlement of the area by "foreign Protestants" and our Wooden Boat Gallery, located in the former sail-making loft of Benjamin Begin.
