The Mahone Bay Settlers Museum is a community based museum dedicated to the preservation and celebration of our history, traditions and culture.
We tell the stories of our community through exhibits, programs and special events for residents and visitors of all ages.
We care for the artifact and archival collections and conduct research for exhibitions, programs and community records. We are home to the Inglis/Quinlan provincial ceramics collection.
We support the heritage endeavours of the community by providing information and advice about heritage resources and programs;
and
We maintain and develop the Museum facility which is a municipally registered heritage property.
We invite you to join our team
Membership is $10 per person per year.
Membership entitles you to Museum newsletters, to invitations for special events and openings, and to a vote at our Annual Meeting. Join the many individuals, families and organizations that are members of the Settlers Museum.

Donations are most welcome
Donations and sponsorships provide an important part of our annual revenue and enable us to develop exhibits and programs as well as preserve our collections. Through our parent organization, The Mahone Bay Founders Society, we will issue charitable tax receipts for donations over $20.
